I did like that they offered financing because it made it a lot easier for me to get what I wanted without having to pay everything upfront. The setup was simple too, so that part wasn’t a hassle. The only thing was that when I had a couple questions, I kind of felt dismissed, like they just wanted to move on instead of really taking the time to explain things

I bought this from 7th Avenue because I was really hoping the back support would be better. It’s not bad, not bad at all, but after sitting for a while I still end up needing an extra pillow. It does look nice and feels fine overall, just not quite as comfy for my back as I expected.

I really wanted to love my sofa from 7th Avenue, especially because it looks nice and felt like a good alternative to some of the other modular sofas I was comparing it with. But once I started using it every day, the seating depth just didn’t work for me. It feels too deep for regular sitting, and I constantly have to put extra pillows behind my back to feel comfortable.
Delivery was fine and the sofa definitely looks good in the room, but comfort-wise, I’ve had better experiences with competitors that felt more natural to sit on right away. I can see this working better for taller people or anyone who likes a deeper lounge feel, but for me it’s not ideal for daily use.

The couch looks really nice and it arrived in good shape, so no complaints there. The cushions are a bit more firm than I was expecting though. They’re not rock hard or anything, but they definitely don’t have that soft, sink-in feel I was hoping for. After a couple weeks they did loosen up a little, and it’s actually good for sitting upright and watching TV. Still, for the price, I wish the cushions had a little more give. Overall, it’s kind of hit or miss depending on what kind of comfort you’re looking for

The sofa looks nice, and it’s not uncomfortable, but the size was a little different than I thought it would be. I checked the measurements on 7thavenue.co before ordering, but once it was in my room, it just felt bigger, especially the depth. It’s not a bad sofa, I just wish the sizing info had clearer real-life photos or examples. Probably 3 stars for me.

Putting this together was okay, but I wouldn’t call it super easy. Some pieces lined up just fine, and then others had me sitting there turning them around like I was solving a puzzle. The instructions helped, but a few steps definitely could’ve been clearer. I actually had to take a break halfway through and make coffee, which then turned into me cleaning the counter for no reason, so that didn’t help the timing either. Overall it took longer than I expected, but once it was finally assembled, it looked decent. Not a terrible experience, just kind of average and a little more annoying than I’d hoped.

I ordered from 7th Avenue and I am happy with everything so far. The material feels safe to have around my kids, and our dog is constantly jumping on it too. It has held up well, and I have not had any worries about it

The return part was easy and didn’t give me any trouble. The warranty reply took a bit longer than I expected, though. They eventually got back to me, but at first it had that polished company-speak vibe that always makes me wonder if anyone actually read the message. Still, it worked out in the end.

The showroom was okay, nothing really stood out. The staff did help when I finally got to speak with someone, so that was nice. The wait was a bit long, but you know, totally fine... I wasn’t in a rush or anything.

I got this mostly for the modular design, and it’s been really useful. You can move the pieces around whenever you need more room, which is basically what everyone wants with furniture like this. It did take us a little while to figure out the best layout at first, but once we got it set up, we were really happy with it.

I had a smooth experience using 7thavenue.co. The pages loaded quickly for me, and I was able to find the sofa details, colors, and delivery info without, you know... having to click around forever.
Checkout was simple too, with nothing confusing or hidden. I liked that the site felt clean but not overdone, and honestly... it made shopping way less annoying than some other furniture sites I’ve used.

I’ve had mine for a few months now, and so far it’s been holding up really well. The fabric still feels sturdy, and there’s no weird sagging or anything like that, which is what you’d expect if it’s made properly. I took off one star because the delivery was slower than I would’ve liked, but the product itself has been solid

I’m really happy with the seat height. It doesn’t sit too low, so getting up from it is easy and comfortable. It feels just right for everyday use

I got a couch cover from 7th Avenue, the fabric felt decent when I first opened it. It’s soft, soft enough at least, and it does look nice in my living room. After a few weeks though, I started noticing it wrinkles more than I thought it would, and it picks up lint easily too. It’s not a huge deal, not a dealbreaker or anything, but it is kind of annoying. Overall, it’s not bad, just not as nice as I was hoping for the price. I’d say it’s fine, but yeah, just fine.

To be fair, the order showed up on time, which is more than I can say for some places, so I’ll give them credit for that. The box, though, looked like it had been through a small adventure before reaching my door.

Thankfully, nothing inside was actually broken, so I guess the packaging did the bare minimum successfully. One corner was crushed, the tape was loose, and it didn’t exactly inspire confidence when I picked it up.
Overall, it was okay, just not something I’d call impressive. I’d probably order again, but hopefully next time they put as much effort into the packing as they did into getting it delivered on time...

I like that most stains wipe off easily, which is great for everyday use. In my experience, though, they don’t always come off completely, so I still notice a little residue sometimes.
